Digital Products and Subscriptions
All digital downloads, digital materials, and subscription-based services (including access to our online magazine) are non-refundable once the order has been processed or accessed.
Because these items are delivered instantly or grant immediate access, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for them.

Books, Prints, and Physical Items
Refunds are available only for physical books or prints that have not yet been shipped.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
